- B12 INJECTIONS Open Close
B12 Injections work as a vitamin supplement to boost the levels of Vitamin B12 in your body. B12 helps to keep your nerves and blood cells healthy, and it is usually obtained through foods such as meat, fish, milk and eggs.
B12 shots, also known as Hydroxocobalamin, can increase your levels of this vitamin in your system, with an almost immediate effect. The results include a reduction in tiredness and lethargy, breathlessness, headaches and more.
B12 deficiency is common, sometimes caused by lifestyle choices such as a vegan or vegetarian diet or other underlying health conditions, including pernicious anemia.
Not having enough B12 can lead to anemia, which means your body does not have sufficient red blood cells to keep you healthy. This can make you feel weak and tired. Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause damage to your nerves and can affect memory and brain function.
B12 injections are given intramuscularly into the arm. Even if you’re not deficient in Vitamin B12, a booster injection can still help to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
So, if you’re feeling tired and run down, struggling to sleep, experiencing mental fog or grogginess, a B12 injection could really help.
Benefits of B12 Injections:
- Increase In energy
- Enhanced Mood
- Improved Memory
- Boosts skin & hair health
- Forms more red blood cells
- Stimulates the immune system
