The body mass index (BMI) is a measure that uses your height and weight to work out if your weight is healthy – For most adults, an ideal BMI is in the 18.5 to 24.9 range.

BMI scale:
- Below 18.5 – Underweight range
- Between 18.5 and 24.9 – Healthy weight range
- Between 25 and 29.9 – Overweight range
- 30 or over – Obese range
UNDERWEIGHT
For individuals of a BMI range under 18.5

2 sessions of Green Laser Lipo, twice a week of – 8 sessions recommended.
Sessions to be spaced at least 48hrs apart.

OVERWEIGHT
For individuals of a BMI range of 25-30
1 session of Green Laser Lipo at least once a week – 8 sessions minimum recommended.

SEVERELY OVERWEIGHT
For individuals of a BMI range of 30-40
1 session of Green Laser Lipo at least once a week – 10 sessions minimum recommended.
